Entry: The week in pictures Wednesday, August 29, 2007

Brought Ellie for a walk. It was actually to busybody and check out a Husky down the road, but the Husky ain't too friendly. Besides, the Husky's bark was painfully loud and almost like a howl, so kinda scary. It had piercing blue eyes, so really didn't look like a comfy, chummy dog. Btw, before you tell me 'Hey, that's not a husky you idiot!'
I wanna tell you 'Yeah I know it's know a husky you idi..nvm.' I did not take pix of the scary Husky but I did take pics of my neighbour's SPCA doggy.

Sister Cass and Bro Stephen's bday in SekiTei. Had a private room equipped with Jap style paper sliding doors. So I took some cakes from the dessert line of the buffet, asked for some candles, brought the cakes into the private room and sang in my 'beautiful' voice. I bet the waitresses heard. The walls are paper thin.

Followed Ellie on a Levi's jeans alteration trip but ended on a Carl's Jr hunt in One U. Carl's Jr used to open at Bird Park in KL during the 90s and I loved going there when I was an adorable kid. Now in One U, it serves burgers the size of taipau at walauwei prices of RM 20+ for sets. Oh, the sushi's in the pic because Ellie had a pit stop at Jusco's sushi bar before reaching Carl's Jr

When one has an unexpectedly long lunch break during college, one has adventurous lunch ideas. Place- Hong Fatt, USJ 21.
Verdict- Good dim sum. But curiously, every they likek to make a lot of prawn type dim sum. Came up to about RM 9.50 a person. And we ate a lot.

Some of the many many plates we emptied. Red ones were 'kai keok' or chicken feet, the rest too many to list. And the two faces behind are Luo Qian and Peak Poh, smiling because satisfied women are generally happy women.

Below, are my bro Eric's attempts to juggle a football and get it captured on camera's Burst mode.
He tosses the ball...

it lands on his head...

and whoops where's the ball??

more bday pictures of an 18 year old and a 12 year old by their soon to be 21 year old sis.

This was not taken in a kindergarten or Sunday School. Believe me, it was part of my class tutorial. I'm dead serious. We were learning about organizational culture. Tutorial : Using colour pencils and crayons and a sheet of paper be creative and display your class culture.
If you can see the two chipsmore on the paper, my friend drew it to depict those who frequently absent from class. Just like chipsmores 'now you see it, now you don't' What a great class culture :P I love creative lecturers.

Getting comfy in the library, I am. Reading the book, trying I am. Back pain, I had. Chair comfortable, it isn't. Or maybe cranky, I was. Not enough sleep, could be.

All pictures were taken with my new Sony Ericsson baby. Finally got rid of my ailing Motorola. What do I miss? No flash. Lousy night mode. Other than that, nothing. So I'll stop here and give a loving glance to my new phone.
